The time for me to
speak up was yesterday.

“My greatest fear is that I have left it too long to share this message to those who need to hear it; the time for me to speak up was yesterday. I feel a sense of urgency now to raise my voice and roar like a lion – fear has kept me hidden for too long.”

Courage and resilience through crisis – You can get through it. You can overcome and you can heal. The power of your story- you learn you are not alone. The stats are high, there are more untold stories than those which are told.

Breaking the silence, speaking Up, and being true to yourself

The Adult Survivor –
A Yearning For Unlearning

There is no one more qualified to explain the adult survivor, than a survivor herself.

Kel has heard disclosures from all across the world, and the huge impact of childhood trauma generally, and child sexual abuse is immeasurable. However, we are all human and there are some languages which are universal. This includes how we respond to trauma and how we as humans behave.

It may even include understanding what it took to survive in the first place.

Join Kel as she taps into her intuition, makes you laugh, cry, maybe even swear. Either way you won’t be disappointed as you will grow, learn, heal, understand and even look at yourself, or someone you work with, in a whole new light.
